Application of rosin glycerides in food

Food-grade rosin glycerides, raw materials from pine gum rosin (derivatives of hydrogenated rosin, polymerized rosin) and medicinal glycerin are lipidated to produce rosin glycerides. Food-grade rosin glycerides in line with FDA172.615 and FDA172.735 and China's national standard GB10287-88 and GB2760-86 standards can be safely used in food. Application: rosin glyceride is a kind of excellent emulsifying performance viscosity as gum sugar base agent, giving gum sugar into foam, increase shape, chewiness, have better taste. And widely used as a gum base agent, in the beverage as an emulsion stabilizer, in the poultry processing simple hair removal, in the hair removal wax as a tackifier, can also be used as the basis for edible hot melt adhesive.
